It started by putting a bird on it. Shortly after creating Sparrow Soirées, an event management boutique, in 2012, I realized small businesses and individuals desired social media marketing and insights geared toward evolving their own brand’s community and improving customer relationships. Plans were updated, strategies were overhauled, and I made digital marketing consulting, with an emphasis on social media and branding strategies, Sparrow's primary service.

And in 2019, I decided it was time to evolve Sparrow and renamed it The Strategic Ampersand, furthering the goal to help clients find a balance between their digital work and analog relationships.

How? I listen to a client’s digital marketing needs and research their industry to create a balanced strategy, establishing trust through experience. I work alongside my clients to clear out the digital clutter from their brand, including generic trends that get lost in the noise, and replace it with a focus on what’s important: building relationships.
